Thank you for shopping at Blessed But Humble! We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return or items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items
Clearance items
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Items that have been customized or personalized

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship your item back to us using the provided shipping label.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 - 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to appear on your account statement.

Shipping Rates

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for processing during peak periods.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@blessedbuthumble.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?
